Zene Olivier

Founder, Zanani

Zene brings over 20 years of extensive corporate experience as an HR Professional, specialising the last decade in HR systems, HR Analytics, Digital transformation and process optimisation nationally. With a deep understanding of both the technical and human sides of HR transformation, Zene founded Zanani to bridge the gap that causes technology projects to fail: the disconnect between systems and the people who use them. Zanani's approach is grounded in practical experience and a commitment to ensuring HR technology delivers real value.

Jaco van der Walt

Creative Lead

Jaco brings over a decade of experience in project management and corporate communications, specialising in operational logistics, visual storytelling and media production. He has produced over 80 media projects including HR safety training and internal communications for major corporate and educational institutions. Leveraging a strong background as an assistant director, editor and photographer, Jaco now utilises advanced AI tools to build scalable, high-impact visual solutions that bridge the gap between corporate messaging and engaging narratives.

Alex Wagener

Tech Adoption Specialist

Alex brings experience in HR systems implementation, recruitment technology and organisational change. She leads digital transformation work that strengthens recruitment and onboarding, and helps organisations get operational value from the technology they already have. She uses business analysis and project methodology to optimise the HR value chain. She has a particular passion for talent management, working with HR teams to attract, develop and retain the people the organisation needs. A consultant, coach and facilitator, she connects business operations, HR strategy and the systems that support them so adoption lasts beyond go-live.
